AddCurves in MACROs

Post by akselfr »

I have been using AddCurves in MACROs for a while, which is very
convenient, since one can do simple operations on existing
curves 'unattended', i.e. without being interrupted.
With the new rel. 1.9, a window pops up whenever I call AddCurves in
my MACRO, waiting for input for a function (e.g. y1+y2), start and stop
values for x, and the x-increment.
This somehow destroys the idea of running a MACRO, since this should
prevent interactions with the user. Is there a work around to using
AddCurves in MACROs, so that I won't have to respond to questions ?

Argghh... I overlooked that aspect of the change to the former Y=f(Y1,Y2) command. I'll get this fixed ASAP - also MultiplyCurves, DivideCurves, etc., and reply here when it is done. Thanks for pointing out the problem.
