registering after re-installation

I recently had to reistall DPlot after a computer crash. Since I had already paid for it, I downloaded and installed the trial version, with the intention of registering it once it was installed. I still have the installation password and registration number, but I can't find any fields to enter them into. So how do I re-register?

The licensed and trial versions are somewhat different. An e-mail has been sent with download instructions for the licensed version.
