Multiple X2 and Yn

Post by imadahmed »

Hi David,

I know the possibility of having a secondary X-axis is available by multiplying the X1 by a factor etc. However, I wish is an independent X2 is to be added in similar manner to the independent Y2 tool. This is very useful if I have two different data sets with different X1Y1 and X2Y2.

Another important question, In Excel you can set a log-log scale to X1Y1 and at the same time set a log-norm or norm-norm scale to X2Y2. Is this possible in Dplot.

Best Regards,
Imad

I guess I need to see an example. For me, I think this plot would be confusing.

No, not at present. A linear scale on X1 and a log scale on X2 only makes sense if X2 is independent, so that change needs to be made first. A log scale on an independent Y2 shoudn't be a huge difficulty, though.
