Spider or Radar Graphs

Post by grfo »

Need to generate a radar or spider graph with 5 axis. Two of the axis are an index such as 1.20, the other three are percentages such as 30%.

Looks like their might be a way to do this in Dplot (star composed of triangles), but haven't yet figured a way to do this.

Any suggestions - simple or complex? :)

Radar graph similar to: http://www.corda.com/docsource/doc7/Man ... graphs.htm?

If so... I suppose if you were really determined you could do this in DPlot, with each radial grid line being a separate curve on a normal XY plot. But to do this you'd basically be using DPlot as a paint program, not a graph program, and there must almost certainly be a better way to do this in another program. Excel does radar plots, though I've never had a need for one personally and can't vouch for how well that works.
