How do I plot contours at selected levels?

Hello,
I have K-type file (3D X,Y,Z columns). Assuming Z varies between 0 and 1000, is there a way to plot, for instance, contours plots for Z = 1, 10 and 100 only?

No, sorry. Customized contour levels are on my to-do list.
