Okay, the upgrade to 2.0.5 fixed my last problem but seems to have created a new one.
Previously when using horizontal labels for individual or groups of bars (set from Text > X,Y Labels...), I could also have a generic x-axis label (set from Text > Titles/Axes...). Now, when I open an old graph ...

Thanks for allowing the "Horizontal Bars" for error bars, however what I was really hoping for was the ability to apply both x- and y-error bars to individual points or curves.
