Can not delete reference lines

Hi,

I'm using Dplot 2.2.2.1 and just ran into odd behaviour:
In <Options - Reference lines> lines can be added and deleted.
But for some reason, when there's only one line left and the delete button (in dialog) is clicked (so there wouldn't be any reference lines defined left), then DPlot is totally gone :-) ... well, not really gone but it shuts down as if <File-Exit> was used.

I don't get that behavior but have a pretty good idea about why that might happen. Will fix this in the next release. Sorry for the trouble.

Hmm, strange. For what it's worth afterall, here's what I did when I noticed it (nothing special, really):
- Start DPlot
- <Generate-Y=f(X)> (simple X^2+X function, X-range [-10,10])
- <Options-Reference Lines>
- <Add> (X=0)
- now when either adding other reference lines like Y=0, followed by deleting them again or deleting the very first added one right away: once the last one left is deleted DPlot closes down.
The same when I add and delete in two independent Reference lines dialog sessions: add-OK; going back to reference lines dialog again and delete.
On my pc (Win XP Home, SP2) everything is reproducable.

Hope this additional info helps although I doubt it :?:

Roberto,
Thanks for calling my attention to the problem. It was an uninitialized data problem that crashed on XP, but worked fine on my Vista development machine. I'll be posting an update late tomorrow (1/7).

Hi David,

You indeed already managed to fix the "last reference line" delete issue with the latest DPlot 2.2.2.5 release  .
I thought I let you know  .
Great work and thanks for your replies!

Cheers,
Roberto
