Suggestions and Questions for DPlot 3

Post by DPlotAdmin »

We would like to invite DPlot users to use this board for suggestions, questions, feature requests, and workflow discussions.

With the release of DPlot Version 3, ARA is actively maintaining and developing DPlot, and user feedback will help guide future updates. This board is a good place to tell us what is working well, what is confusing, what you miss from earlier versions, and what improvements would make DPlot more useful in your day-to-day work.

Good topics for this board include:
  • Questions about how to perform a specific task in DPlot
  • Suggestions for new features or improvements
  • Requests for legacy DPlot features you would like to see prioritized in Version 3
  • Feedback on DPlot Version 3 behavior, usability, or compatibility
  • Plotting, import/export, formatting, automation, or workflow questions
  • Examples of how you use DPlot that may help guide future development
When posting a suggestion or question, please include enough detail for us and other users to understand the context. For example, it is helpful to know which version of DPlot you are using, what type of plot or data file is involved, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

If your post concerns DPlot Version 3, please mention whether the issue involves a newly created plot or an older file opened from a previous version of DPlot. That distinction is especially useful as we continue improving compatibility and reintroducing advanced legacy capabilities.

Public discussion is encouraged because it allows other users to benefit from the answers and add their own ideas. If you would rather contact us privately, you may also use the forum private message feature or email:
