Copying subsets of data

David, your newest pest again!
Is it possible to copy points in a box? Seems that since the delete points in a box exists, it would make sense to copy a subset to another plot or file by a box select. This would make working with large data sets easier, as you could zoom in to where you could see something, then find a section of data that you would like to extract to more thoroughly analyze.
I do see the copy data values command, but this extracts a whole dataset from beginning to end. What I would like is a command to copy one or more data sets, from some x=n to x=nn. DPlot would ask whether it was to be saved to a csv file, or to open it in another plot window with the same scalings/settings as the current plot.
Asking for too much??
Thanks!
Jon
