setting new max limits on x and y axes

I'm having trouble using the extents, intervals... to set new upper limits. When I try to make Y and Y2 the same max number, my data disappears on the plot. Any advice on why this happens and what I need to do?

No idea off the top of my head. If you'd save your graph as a DPlot file and send it to me at support@dplot.com (along with an explanatory note of what you'd like the extents to be) I'm sure that would be helpful.
