I've been using dplot for a while now and I really like it! Nice, sharp looking graphs.
However, before I can use the graphs in publications I need to get more control over the tick marks. As it is now they interfere with the data in the graphs, especially when I make boxplots and the tick marks of the y-axis "go into" the first box. I would really like the "no grid lines" version of graphs with the possibility of making the tick marks smaller or having them on the outside of the axis.
I can't find any options that does this, are there any?
I have only managed to to change the line thickness which doesn't really help.
Fixing them in powerpoint afterwards is a bit too tedious.
tick mark settings?

Thanks for your comments. There's no way to draw the tick marks outside the box currently, and the tick mark size is fixed at 1/2 the character height for the font used for numbers. I'll add both of these to the ever-expanding to-do list.

Version 2.0.4.0 includes a new Tick Marks command on the Options menu that allows you to specify whether tick marks be drawn inside, outside, or both inside and outside the box surrounding the graph, and to set the size of the tick marks. Licensed users can get the new version with Help>Check for Updates.

Thanks for looking into the tick mark settings!
However, I am now using the 2.0.4 version and I can't find the tick mark settings under "options"?
But I can see that something has changed because the tick marks on my y-axis are now huge and span all across the graph. The x-axis tick marks look like before.

"Tick marks" is the fifth command down on the Options menu (assuming you're talking about XY plots - it hasn't been added to 1D or 3D plots yet).
I just noticed earlier today that, darnit, I fouled this up for "Axes only". The problem you're seeing will correct itself if you click the "Box" button then the "No grid lines" button. I'll be posting an update with this problem fixed sometime this weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience. But I can see that something has changed because the tick marks on my y-axis are now huge and span all across the graph. The x-axis tick marks look like before.
