Unexpected Termination
Hello David -- I attempted to fit curve #10 Figure 02-013 from the UFC 3-340-02, i.e. HOB versus scaled range with scaled HOB=7 ft/lb^1/3 I used y=a(x+B)^C and it works for B not equal to zero. But setting B=0 terminated DPlot. OK, but I think an error/warning would be a more user friendly. I am usi...

DPlot 2.3.5.7 File > Close closes wrong plot ?
Hello David -- This could be something odd with my Windows 7 64 Bit machine. I recently noticed if I have two plots open in the same DPlot window, i.e. open DPlot-1 and then from Windows Explorer double click to launch DPlot-2, if I use File>Close on DPlot-2 -- DPlot-2 remains visible but DPlot-1 is...

No text is available from clipboard.
Is this me or DPlot?
When I attempt to paste, or Paste Special, plot data I receive the message
"No text is available from clipboard."
However, if I look at "Paste Special" there is data.

Text Add/Edit Note ... Font increase 2X
Hello David -- When adding a note to a DPlot graph the option to increase the font by 2X: 1. is often larger than desirable, 2. produces a Frame that is not vertically centered on the 2X font test, i.e. too much white space below the text. I tried entering something other than 2X, e.g. {1.5 } but th...

Copy Data to Include Data Label
Hello David --
When I copy data from one DPlot to another I always have to reentry the text from the legend.
Any chance a data copy could include the legend text?
Thanks for listening, --len

"Operate on Y" scaling bug
I have a line plot with a maximum value of Maximum = 6.8472736E+8 at X = 0 as provided by Info > List Peak Values When I attempt to normalize the ordinate by copying and pasting this maximum value into the "Operate on Y" with Y=y/6.8472736E+8 The resulting plot ordinate has a maximum value...

Y axis on right side only ?
Hello David -- Is it possible to have the Y-axis only on the right side of the plot? I have double Y-axis plots of pressure (left side) and impulse (right side). I want to display only the impulse for the purposes of a discussion, and would prefer not to switch the impulse axis from the right side t...

Thanks David for having a look. I was surprised the Edit>Sort was needed for my data - I believe the x-data was monotonically increasing. In any case, the Generate>Differentiate then worked. However, the resulting derivative plot ends with a large +/- spike that essentially obscures the other values...

Hello David -- I would like to see a visual indication of the status of the DPlot Add-In Option of "Append data to active document." Being an old man, I frequently forget if this option is set to append data or create a new plot. I also think this is the most used of all the options availa...

Axis Labels Format Changes when Appending Excel Data
Maybe this is a feature and not a bug -- When I append data to an existing DPlot from Excel, if the appended data is in scientific format (0.00E+00) the format of the numbers on the axes of the existing DPlot are changed to scientific notation. I find this annoying, as if I wanted axis scientific no...
