DPlot

I have rainfall data at irregular time intervals. I want to interpolate data values at regular time intervals (1 min, 5min). I can do it manually using the Interopolate command, but was wondering if there is a way to automate it ?

Has anyone developed or know of a method to somehow digitize or otherwise input an existing paper graph into DPlot? I would like to be able to use the interpolation function on something I only ahave a paper and PDF copy of - no formula for a basis to create a new graph. I've considered bringing it ...
