I guess I need to clarify a bit. The data contains 3 columns with over 200,000 points per column. When I do create a moving average its just a mass of squiggles. How can I clean that up so a single line shows the average? I have the a copy of the plot as it should be, the data and what I have been ...

moving avg on top of scatter data
Newbie here. I need to create an XYY graph that shows data points with a moving average line on top od the points. Any suggestions?
