DPlot

HI I have a set of data and I want to fit those data with a particular equation format.

The equation format I need is as follows:
y=(1+a*x)^(-1.9/a)


I searched many inbuilt equation forms but I couldn't found that matches what I need. Is it possible to create the custom equation ourselves ...

THe add in function I am trying to use is Dplot interface. Actually, when I activate the add in then my excel program pops up error. It says" Compile error in hidden module : Dplot ". I don't know what it means.

HI I am using excel 2010. When I installed the dplot software, the interface alone is working fine but I cannot use it through excel. Any suggestions is highly appreciated.
