I'm VERY appreciative of the ideas. Perhaps by making the . separator selectable (I found one using /) but this could go on ad infinitum.

I've had a couple of versions now, currently have 2.1.5.6.
I plot a lot of temperature data, and I often want to change extents over what Dplot autoscales for. For example I have a simple dataset of annual temperatures:
"YEAR" "ANN"
1881 19.63
1882 20.68
1883 20.56
1884 19.63
1885 20.5 ...
